Dalton Farms Mega Machine Weekend

When you say fall, most think of sunflowers, corn mazes, and pumpkins. Well we think of heavy equipment! This weekend couldn't have been better at Dalton Farms for Mega Machine Weekend! Tons of kids and even adults came to say hi and sat in the loader and haul trucks!
24th Annual XTU Toy Truck Parade

Tis the season of gifting and giving! Our employees got together and managed to collect 3 large boxes of toys and we brought them all to the 24th Annual XTU Toy Truck Parade! All toys collected at the event go to the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County. We also placed second in the decorating competition!

What goes together better than sunflowers and heavy equipment? With a perfect fall weather day, nothing! It was our first time at Dalton Farms and everyone had a great time. Both kids and adults were able to climb up into our machines and see what it would be like to be a heavy equipment operator!

We placed 1st for the truck decorating competition at the XTU Toy Truck Parade! We were also able to collect and donate 3 giant boxes filled with toys to the Liberty USO and Boys & Girls Club of America!

21st Annual XTU Toy Truck Parade

Even though the actual parade was canceled and we didn’t get to decorate our big trucks this year, we were still able to donate a whole pickup bed full of toys to the The United Service Organization (USO) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America! We also received a shoutout on the radio from XTU’s Andie Summers and Charlie Maxx!
20th Annual XTU Toy Truck Parade

R.E. Pierson Materials and R.E. Pierson Construction participated in the 20th Annual XTU Toy Truck Drive again! Together, we were able to collect and donate two big 9 cu ft boxes filled to the top with toys! The toys collected benefit The United Service Organization (USO) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Also, our tractor trailer placed 1st this year in the Big Rig Decorating Competition!

Logan Christmas Tree Lighting Parade

Our neighbors and we braved the cold rain, and still put on the annual Logan Tree Lighting Parade! Yoda and an ewok threw candy to the parade watchers as we strolled down South Bridgeport Road.

We brought one of our 972M loaders, a big rig with a drop deck trailer, a mixer truck, and a mechanic’s truck to the parade. All were decorated with Christmas lights and decorations. As the group rolled down the parade route, an elf threw candy to the crowd!
19th Annual XTU Toy Truck Parade

We brought one of our big rigs with a drop deck trailer and a mixer truck to the parade. Both were decorated with Christmas decorations and donated toys! All of the donated toys and bikes can be seen in the big present box and in the skid-steer’s bucket on the trailer. We also placed 3rd in the Christmas Decorating Competition!

We brought one of each of our mixer trucks, tractor trailers, 972K loaders, and mechanic’s trucks to Logan Day! Logan residents and guests were able to see and sit inside of the trucks and loader. We also had plenty of goodies to hand out!

We brought one of each of our mixer trucks, tractor trailers, and one of Pierson Construction’s tri-axles. The kids loved blowing the horns in the trucks, and receiving plenty of goodies to take home!
